This community is for competitive powerlifters over 30 who are serious about the sport and serious about their body composition.

Not one or the other. Both.

The idea that you have to stay fat to stay strong is one of the most damaging myths in powerlifting. It keeps good lifters stuck in the wrong weight class, carrying more body fat than their performance needs, and quietly unhappy with how they look outside the gym.
You can get leaner. You can get stronger. And you can do both without wrecking your training or bouncing between extreme cuts and dirty bulks.
