Your 5-Minute Daily Routine:
1 minute — Breathe (slow inhale, long exhale, feel ribs expand)
1 minute — Jaw & shoulders (unclench jaw, slow shoulder rolls)
1 minute — Spine (slow twists or spine waves)
1 minute — Feet (rock side to side, feel the ground)
1 minute — Stillness (stand, breathe, feel your body)
That’s it. Five minutes.
If you do this every day, you may start to notice:
- Your posture changes
- Your breathing changes
- Your reactions change
- Your body tension changes
- Your awareness changes
We are not running a sprint.
We are running a marathon.
