We exist as part of a larger mission: to help newcomers, Black professionals, and women secure meaningful work in Canada that truly values their education, skills, and experience.
FWBW creates spaces where women can grow with intention, whether that means leveling up in their careers, pivoting into something new, or starting fresh.
Our programming provides access to the tools, resources, and connections needed to move forward, all through a culturally relevant and community-driven approach.
