I created this Skool space because I wanted a place to talk about grief without filters, algorithms, or restrictions on how honest we’re allowed to be.
This is where we’ll learn, grow, and be supported—through real conversations, classes, and courses that go deeper than surface-level coping.
The work we do here is grounded in the Five Grief Fundamentals. Grief isn’t just emotional. We grieve with the brain, heart, and mind, and when we don’t understand what’s happening in those systems, grief can feel chaotic and endless.
This space is about reframing how we carry loss, calming the nervous system, and learning how to stay connected to the people we miss—without guilt.
This isn’t about “moving on.”
It’s about learning how to miss them with more love and less pain, on your timeline.
