Plants have a way of calling you back. This is where you learn to slow down + pay attention.
Because the path back to yourself starts with a cup of tea. A walk. Noticing what’s growing. Learning the name of one plant + letting it teach you something.
We share recipes, plant profiles, seasonal rituals + real conversation about what it means to come back to yourself, slowly, seasonally, through the medicine of plants.
