I lived from the neck up for years. On the outside, everything looked fine. Inside, I felt exhausted, numb, and far from myself.
Then I realised it wasnโt a desire problem โ it was a safety problem. When I started working with my body and nervous system, everything shifted. I felt alive again. My relationships deepened. I came home to myself.
Now my mission is to help you experience the same.
